Citizens of Iran and Libya are allowed to enter Malaysia and stay for up to 15 days without a visa.

Nationals of China and India who are arriving directly from Indonesia, Singapore or Thailand and who hold a valid visa from those countries can obtain a visa on arrival to Malaysia for a maximum stay of 14 days

All you need to do is to take a plane to Malaysia and the immigration officer will stamp your passport with an entry stamp.

2- How To Apply and Get Malaysia eVisa online:

The Malaysia e visa is available to foreign nationals from 10 countries to make it easier for them to visit Malaysia. The Malaysia e visa application process is done online entirely. All you need to do is to fill the Malaysia visa application form, upload Malaysia visa requirement, pay the Malaysian visa fee and submit your evisa application then you will receive your evisa printout by email.
